Nous recherchons un stagiaire spécialisé dans l’assistanat commercial, pour aider à créer des campagnes de prospection commercial, gérer et animer notre base de données, et identifier de nouveaux potentiels prospects à l’international. Notre activité consiste à utiliser les technologies, telles que l’Intelligence Artificielle et les réseaux sociaux, pour aider les entreprises à trouver de nouveaux candidats pour leurs postes.


Talent Cloud Media, based in Ireland, is an exciting International Start-up company in the Social Recruiting field. We have developed an exciting new concept in the world of recruitment. By leveraging Social Media to open new channels, companies can now brand themselves as Employers and market their vacancies direct to a targeted audience.
We focus on creating engaging campaigns and market them on all social media to key selected audiences that we define for each client.


  • You will be working on generating new potential clients to educate them about us
  • You will get to work on social media to communicate about our offers, and drive online contacts with our market across various locations including Europe and USA
  • You will contact potential clients introducing our solutions
  • Set-up and management of email marketing campaigns using tools
  • Research and identify new leads on various websites and sources
  • Tracking of leads into our software and CRM
  • You will design attractive marketing content about our business to use in newsletters
  • Review our brochures and website content to improve user experience
  • Take part in industry content writing and posting on all social media and blogs
  • You will aim to increase market knowledge of our company and solutions by searching and contacting partner sites, communicating our content to them
  • You will get the opportunity to take part in several other projects, such as PR and Event

You may also take part in :

  • Creation of HR events gathering Human resources experts and Technology enablers
  • Take part in creating Lead generation campaigns on our website using wordpress
  • Research possible sales automation process
  • Integrate new automation software as requested

You will need to take interest in several topics within the Human Resources industry, focusing on marketing and technologies. You may write articles on specific topics such as social media, artificial intelligence, all relating to the HR sector with a view to improving our visibility amongst experts and clients.

Requirements :

  • Studying commercial activities
  • Interest in Social Media
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and come up with new ideas
  • Ability to learn new tools: Video editing SW, WordPress, Hubspot, Lead trackers
  • Fluent English (especially written)
  • Attention to details

  • Be someone who wants to solve and improve, and have a tendency to get on great with people and be happy to face challenges that may be thrown at you
  • Strong communication skills
  • Have a keen interest in social media and new trends
